Job Responsibilities
1 Field visit (go out for customer support), if there is no request by customer then must attend calls at office.
2 Field visit for Equipment installation and trouble-shooting and all.
3 Minimum 02 years’ experience with PLC programming, currently working with OEM engineer.

Saturday & Sunday Tech support visit. If there is no tech support, work from home on tech Support phone calls |

Holiday and Midnight Working |
|
|
|
If working on public holiday eligible to get overtime allowance or comp off |
|
|
If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to 2.00 AM next day first half day will be comp off |
|
|
If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to overnight till next day morning, next full day will be comp off. |
