Job Description
Technical Support Executive
- Provided technical support to both in-house staff and user departments for all network applications.
- Traveled to customer locations to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Devised technology-based solutions to meet a range of operational needs.
- Collaborated with stakeholders to address technical issues and develop effective resolutions.
- Ensured the immediate resolution of issues so that all project deliverable were met key milestones as defined by stakeholders.
- Traveled to client sites and answered questions via phone and email so that issues were remedied in a timely manner.
- Effectively handled the communications between in-house support team, clients, and stakeholders.
- Testing and fixing the Faulty 3D printers
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analyzing call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Working with Sales executive to visit customers/employees if the problem is more serious
- Working with the customers/employees to identify 3D printer
- Providing after sales services for the FDM,SLA,DLP 3D printers and scanners pan India level
- Performing Quality check for the new printers and 3D scanners
- Performing Installation of 3D printers and scanners
- Interacting with the customers in providing the solution for printing
- Qualification – B.Tech Mechanical
- Have excellent command on spoken English
- Good communication skills and pleasing approach towards customers.
- Should have excellent listening skills
- Professional and strong work ethic
