- Designation: Technical Support Engineer

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Freshers / Experienced with Diploma/Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream (Arts, Commerce, E&TC, Mechanical, Civil, BBA, BCA.)
- Graduation Years: Pass-out batches of 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 are eligible.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Determining the root cause of a technical issue, select and explain the best solution to the customer’s query.
- Handle incoming tickets/chats/calls/remotes.
- Maintain customer interaction records.
- Refer unresolved customer issues/grievances to the specially designated departments with the complete history for further investigation.
- Basic computer competency is needed as mentioned below:
- Adhere to the procedures and guidelines at all times.
- Swift in dealing with changes in methods and policies.
- Assist with the placement of orders, upgrades, and downgrades.
- Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider cancellations if any.
- Recommend improvements in the existing product and services by analyzing the customer contacts.
- Should be flexible working in the office and in rotational shifts.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle stress, and a positive attitude.
- Customer service experience and familiarity with CRM will be an additional advantage.
Additional Information
- Job Location: Nashik
- Walk-in Timings: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday - Saturday)
