The objective of this Role:
Back office support for Software Solutions
Online and Telephonic Support to Clients
Responsibilities:
Online and Telephonic Support to Clients
Basic Testing of the solution
Functional support at the L1 level
Develop and update knowledge base articles to assist customers and internal teams.
Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
Collaborate with internal teams to replicate and resolve complex issues.
Must have Skills:
Good Communication Skills (English proficiency)
Good Problem Solving & Client Handling Skills
Microsoft PPT, Excel and Word
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
