Teleperformance is Hiring for Technical support officer for International Voice US Process for Gurgaon Location.
Eligibility requirements:-
- Graduate
- 6 months - 1 year Exp in BPO
- Fresher B.Tech Qualified can also be considered.
- Technical Knowledge of operating system.
- Knowledge of MS- Office including Excel.
- Computer skills required.
JOB Role
- Assist the queries of the customers.
- Troubleshoot the issues via providing Technical Support to US Customers.
- Open to Work in Rotational Shifts (24*7)
- Working Days- 5 Days/2 Rotational offs
- Both sides cab Facilities will be available.
- One time free meal is also provided.
