Job Description
- A dynamic professional - minimum 10+2 educational qualification.
- EXPERIENCE:Minimum 6 Months Experience in a Tech Support process with a hand in working on remote screens with an International BPO/ITES.
- Only experienced candidates may apply.
- Salary 10k-18k.
- Transport service provided.
- Meal at work.
- 5 Days working culture.
- Should be open for rotational shifts.
- Handling US customers thru remote/chat and voice sessions and providing technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Should possess excellent knowledge of networking concepts.
- Should have excellent computer knowledge
- Remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation, configuration, customization, performance, and usage of assigned systems/peripherals.
- Diagnosis & resolving of the software issues highlighted/not highlighted by the tech sales and trouble shootings.
- Good verbal/written communication
- Good level of knowledge of database concepts, SQL.
- Basic level of knowledge of any programming language (C or C++ or Java) and Networking concepts
- Confident and determined approach
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Ability to work both, independently and as part of a team
- Ensure customer satisfaction with resolutions
- Open to feedback & learning
