Job Description
We have an opening for the position of Technical Support Executive!
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 1-3 years
Salary: ₹ 12,000- ₹ 25,000/-
Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively address technical issues related to our website and software.
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Identify and resolve technical problems to ensure smooth software usage.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate customers about the software's latest features and functionalities to create reports.
• Demonstrate multitasking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Act as a technical support resource for our clients and customers.
• Expertly handle conflicts and critical technical issues with customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure the resolution of their technical concerns.
• Monitor technical complaints across various communication channels and offer assistance.
• Solicit feedback from clients and relay it to our team for further product development.
• Take responsibility for onboarding management, implementation, and report generation.
• Conduct software malfunction analysis by testing various scenarios.
Qualifications:
Any bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for interacting with US clients.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Job Location: Vallioor, Tirunelveli District
Candidate Preferred Location: We strongly prefer candidates located in the vicinity of Vallioor who are willing to work in the office.
