Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

Provide expert-level support to international clients and customers regarding product or service-related technical issues via phone, email, or live chat.

Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, and connectivity issues while ensuring timely resolution.

Offer step-by-step instructions for resolving problems, ensuring that all solutions are understandable for users with varying technical expertise.

Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.

Technical Diagnosis:

Diagnose technical problems by performing root cause analysis and suggesting appropriate solutions or workarounds.

Document and track issues using the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, providing accurate case details.

Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technical teams or specialists when necessary.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates, system changes, and troubleshooting techniques.

Educate customers on the features and functions of products or services, helping them understand how to use them effectively.

Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and technical support skills.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., product development, engineering, customer service) to identify recurring issues and contribute to process or product improvements.

Work with international teams to address and resolve region-specific or global technical challenges.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions provided.

Prepare regular reports on technical support trends, customer feedback, and resolution metrics for review by management.

Contribute to the knowledge base and FAQs by documenting common issues and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
