Job Designation: Technical Support
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming issues.
- Determine scope and severity of issues.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve the issues raised within the SLA defined.
- Trend analysis of the issues being raised and escalate to the concerned teams.
- Provide necessary and correct inputs to complete the RCA within required timelines.
- Adherence to Alert/Incidence management process.
- Optimization of the SOP based on Alert/incidence management learnings.
- Update to the knowledge base to the team.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- written & verbal communication skills.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Good collaborative skills and ability.
- Preferred experience in Network Operation Center(NOC)).
- Preferred experience as in Linux, Windows, networking.

Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Handling customer query (Technical and Non-Technical) over Email
- Handling customer query (Technical and Non-Technical) over Phone
- Ensure all the customer queries are addressed within the set SLA
- Ensure to work on the request with the set Quality standards
- Flexible to work in staggered shifts, night shifts and week off’s
- Ensure to adhere to the set shift schedule and maintain punctuality
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to grasp the process quickly to meet the deliverables
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive and optimistic approach to problem-solving.
- Collaborative team spirit.
- Passion for the product
