Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Placement/Skill development training sessions at various colleges based on project requirements.

• Deliver a balanced curriculum consisting of 30% theory and 70% problem-solving, including live coding sessions.

• Teach and mentor students in any of the technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack Technologies, MERN Stack, Front End and Back End Web Development.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of college students.

• Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure training content is current and relevant.

• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the training curriculum.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in any of the technologies like C, C++, Python, Java, Full Stack Technologies, MERN Stack, Front End and Back End Web Development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct live coding sessions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to travel to different colleges as required.

• Experience in delivering training or teaching, preferably in a college or academic setting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability concepts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students.

• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and platforms
