Job Overview
A Technical Voice Support Executive (Kannada) is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support to customers over the phone in Kannada. The role involves handling customer queries, diagnosing technical issues, and offering solutions for software, hardware, or service-related problems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Technical Assistance
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide technical support in Kannada.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or services.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
2. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Ensure quick and effective resolution of technical problems.
- Provide information about product updates, features, and troubleshooting steps.
- Follow up on pending customer issues to ensure resolution.
3. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
- Update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with case details.
- Share customer feedback with technical teams for product improvements.
