Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technician to join our dynamic team. As a fresh graduate in this role, you will be trained and mentored to handle various technical tasks in line with our company's operations. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment or machinery.
- Perform regular checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures for all tasks.
- Identify and diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
- Work alongside senior technicians and engineers to carry out repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports and logs.
- Support in setting up equipment or systems for projects and operations.
- Provide technical support to customers (if applicable).
- Stay updated with new technologies and techniques related to the role.
- Educational Qualification: A Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of technical systems and machinery (depending on the department).
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure accurate work.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Experience with basic software and systems related to the technical field.
