Job Description

Its a field based work and two wheeler is mandatory, employee has to have two wheeler, installation of home appliances, Demo of product, Service of home appliances, customer Support field support, rapport with customer.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair appliances according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.

Diagnose problems with appliances and determine the best course of action for repair.

Use various tools and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and perform repairs.

Disassemble appliances, repair or replace defective parts, and reassemble appliances in working order.

Test appliances to ensure proper function and safety before leaving a job site.

Maintain accurate records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of appliances to prevent future issues.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and repair techniques for appliances.

Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
