Responsibilities:
Diagnose the root cause of vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools.
Perform maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs are successful and effectively resolve issues.
Maintain detailed records of services and repairs performed.
Provide clear and detailed explanations to customers about vehicle issues and the repairs needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and workshop standards.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus.
Valid automotive technician certification (e.g., ASE certification) is a plus.
Proven experience as an automobile technician or mechanic.
Strong understanding of automotive technology and repair techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
