Job Description
Job Summary:
The Tele Caller Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing patients, providing them with accurate information about our services, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing patients to educate them about our dental services.
- Address patient inquiries professionally, offering accurate and relevant information.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming tone to build strong patient relationships.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding patient needs.
- Convert cold leads into warm leads by effectively communicating service benefits.
3. Sales & Service Promotion:
- Persuasively promote dental services, special offers, and treatment plans to encourage bookings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales or appointment targets through effective communication.
4. Record Keeping & Database Management:
- Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, capturing essential patient information.
- Update databases with call outcomes, feedback, and follow-up details.
5. Follow-ups & Relationship Management:
- Proactively follow up with interested patients who have not yet booked an appointment.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing patients through regular check-ins.
6. Complaint Resolution & Customer Support:
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Coordinate with the support team to address escalated issues in a timely manner.
7. Product & Service Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the clinic’s treatments, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Educate patients about new services and procedures to enhance their awareness.
8. Compliance & Professionalism:
- Adhere to telemarketing regulations, privacy policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Maintain a professional demeanour and uphold the clinic’s reputation through excellent customer interactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferably in healthcare or dental services).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong listening abilities and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and convert leads effectively.
- Proficiency Call-handling systems is an advantage.
