Job Title: Tele caller (Regional Languages Expert)

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Tele caller with expertise in speaking and Reading Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada to join our team in Noida. As a Tele caller, you will play a vital role in conducting market research surveys, gathering insights, and ensuring the highest quality of data collection through telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct telephonic interviews and surveys with respondents in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada as required.
- Explain survey objectives clearly and engage participants to ensure accurate data collection.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses in the prescribed format.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.
- Ensure high levels of professionalism and adhere to data privacy and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to identify potential improvements in research methods and survey processes.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, or Kannada (spoken and Read). Proficiency in more than one language is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in tele calling, market research, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or market research.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Noida.
