Job Description

We are immediately seeking for motivated and result oriented Tele caller for our collection contact centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any payment-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to Customers for Collection of emi payment and achieving the daily/ monthly targets.

Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.

Address customer inquiries and resolve disputes effectively.

Required Skills:

Age 22-34yrs, Gender: Male/Female

Qualification: 10+2 / Graduate in Any discipline

Prior experience of Min 1yr in call centre in emi collection process

Good at Speaking Telugu, Hindi & English

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric attitude.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
