Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Making Outbound Calls:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products or services.

Provide customers with information about the company’s offerings, highlighting key features and benefits.

Engage potential clients by initiating conversations and addressing their queries, offering them tailored solutions.

Follow scripts, but also personalize conversations to ensure customer needs are met and the company’s objectives are achieved.
2. Inbound Call Handling:

Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.

Offer product details, schedule appointments, resolve customer issues, or direct calls to the appropriate department if necessary.

Manage customer expectations and maintain a positive customer experience during every interaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Provide follow-up support and assistance to customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service or product offered.

Remain empathetic and patient while addressing customer issues, complaints, or questions.
4. Sales and Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed set sales targets by engaging prospects, handling objections, and closing deals.

Record and track interactions in CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on all customer interactions.

Use persuasive skills to encourage potential customers to make purchases or subscribe to services.

Upsell or cross-sell products and services, providing customers with relevant solutions to meet their needs.
5. Data Entry and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and complete records of all calls, customer interactions, and transactions.

Update customer profiles and call logs in the CRM system to ensure follow-up calls are made and queries are resolved in a timely manner.

Prepare daily or weekly reports on call activities, customer feedback, and sales performance.
6. Follow-up and Lead Generation:

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or customer inquiries.

Remind customers of upcoming payments, renewals, or service upgrades to retain business.

Qualify leads by gauging the customer’s interest and directing high-potential prospects to the sales team for further action.
7. Customer Feedback and Market Research:

Collect customer feedback through surveys or discussions to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas of improvement.

Provide valuable insights to the marketing and product teams based on customer opinions, market trends, and customer pain points.

Help in gathering competitive intelligence by identifying industry trends and customer preferences.
8. Compliance and Company Policies:

Ensure that all calls are conducted in compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.

Respect customers’ preferences regarding contact frequency and ensure all necessary consents are obtained for marketing or sales purposes.
