Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.
*Requirements:*
- Education: Must have passed +2/diploma/ITI, additional academic background is a plus
- Experience: Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support.
- Must have good communication skills in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
