Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
Provide accurate information about products/services in Tamil.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.
Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to the needs of individual customers.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written) is essential.
Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
