Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote products/services.
- Provide accurate information about products/services in Tamil.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving customer engagement.
- Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to the needs of individual customers.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Tamil (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in telecalling or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Tamil.
- Persuasive and sales-oriented attitude.
- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
