Tele caller - US Outbound Process
Updated Candidate Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Equivalent Qualification
- Shift Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Salary: INR 25K, with Additional incentives up to INR 30K/M
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Eligibility: Male candidates only
- Experience: At least 6 months of previous experience in US outbound calling (Freshers are not allowed)
- Skills:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers in the US to promote products/services or collect information
- Excellent communication skills in English with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) issues
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Maintain a professional tone while interacting with customers
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert them into business opportunities
- Job Location: Pennya, Bangalore
