Job Title: Tele Counsellor- Domestic

Function Call Centre

Job Location Gurgaon, Sector 18 Working time

• 6 Days working (Monday to Saturday )

• 10 am to 7 pm office hours

• Sunday Fixed off Minimum

Education

• Graduate

• Undergraduates also applicable (Minimum: 12th Passout with result in hand.)
Work Experience6 months - 8 Years

Gender Female/ Male

Industry Exposure Required

• Can communicate in Hindi and English both

• Experience in Outbound Tele calling/Tele Sales/lead generation.

• Lead Generation process

• Outbound Tele calling exposure is preferable

Compensation Band Max - 19K (in hand)

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation.

Effectively communicate in Hindi and English to engage with a diverse audience.

Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation and tele sales.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the database.

Provide information about products or services and answer any queries from customers.

Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall team targets.

Stay informed about product/service features and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in communication.
