Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Make outgoing calls to potential students to inform them about Frankfinn courses and career development programs.

Present course details, benefits, and the opportunities for career growth that Frankfinn offers.

Provide information about the structure, syllabus, and career outcomes of various courses.

Engage in conversations to understand the interests of students and guide them accordingly.

Promote Free Career Counselling Sessions:

Based on student interest, invite them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn Institutes.

Highlight the value of the free counselling sessions to help students make informed career decisions.

Schedule counselling sessions and provide all necessary details about time, location, and how to attend.

Follow-Up Calls:
-
Follow up with prospective students to confirm their attendance for the career counselling sessions.

Ensure students have received the relevant information and answer any queries they may have.

Track the status of students who have shown interest and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize attendance rates.

Database Management:
-
Maintain accurate records of calls made, student details, session attendance, and follow-up actions.
-
Update and manage the database with relevant information about students and their interest levels.

Use CRM tools effectively to log interactions, update statuses, and ensure seamless communication with students.

Sales Target Achievement:

Work toward achieving set targets for the number of calls made, the number of students attending counselling sessions, and conversion rates.

Keep track of personal and team performance and strive to meet or exceed targets.

Customer Service and Support:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and queries promptly and professionally.

Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with students.

Handle objections or reluctance with effective persuasion techniques to ensure the student's needs are met.

Promote Brand and Reputation:

Represent Frankfinn Institutes positively to build brand awareness and trust among potential students.

Communicate the unique selling points (USPs) of Frankfinn’s courses and how they benefit students in their careers.

Maintain Knowledge of Courses and Services:

Stay up-to-date with the latest course offerings, updates in curriculum, and career development initiatives at Frankfinn.

Understand the needs of students and match them with suitable programs or career opportunities provided by Frankfinn.
