Role Description – Chennai
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs.
Follow up on leads and provide detailed information to potential clients.
Manage and update client databases with accurate and current information.
Offer counselling and guidance to students regarding academic programs and career paths.
Assist students in selecting courses and programs aligned with their goals and interests.
Stay informed about educational trends and opportunities to provide relevant advice.
Conduct professional video calls with students to provide personalized guidance and support.
Identify and research potential clients and lead sources.
Develop and implement strategies to reach and engage new clients.
