Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle high-volume sales calls. This role involves contacting potential and existing customers to promote products or services, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Answer customer inquiries, handle objections, and provide detailed product/service information.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
Target Achievement
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and call efficiency.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into sales.
CRM & Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Update customer details and track sales progress.
- Follow call scripts and sales processes effectively.
Customer Service & Retention
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies.
- Report on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.
