Hi,
We are looking for Tele sales coordinator for sports division.
Good communication skills
Working hours 9.30am to 6pm.

Training will be provided

Interested candidates can come down for interview or share resume.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers or existing clients to promote and sell .

Conduct follow-up calls to generate leads, close sales, or ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate information about our products/services, answer questions, and address any concerns clients may have.

Update and maintain customer databases with relevant information and call outcomes.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with customers.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective calling strategies and scripts.

Handle customer objections and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Report on call metrics, customer feedback, and other relevant data to management.
