Job Title: Tele Sales cum Back Office Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Tele Sales cum Back Office Executive for our home automation business. The ideal candidate will handle tele-sales, generate leads, build customer relationships, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Tele Sales

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote home automation solutions.

Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM software.

Back Office Support

Process sales orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation.

Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and other documentation.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a database of customer information and ensure data accuracy.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Proven experience in tele-sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in home automation or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of home automation products and systems.

Previous experience in a sales or administrative role in a technology-driven industry.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with occasional client site visits if necessary.

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
