Job Description
- Handle the customer's outbound calls. Solving the queries, telling them about courses
- Follow the communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify the customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize the opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build a sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all the conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
