We are looking for a Telesales Executive to engage with potential customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and qualify prospects through cold calling.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Follow up on leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.
Stay updated on courses and pricing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Meet monthly sales Target of getting min 20 candidates to enroll in the training center.
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain motivation.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
