Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement:
o Call existing and potential customers to promote company products and services.

• Order & Lead Management:

• Customer Account Management:

Requirements
• Experience:
o 6 months to 2 years in telesales preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in MS Office and adherence to sales scripts.
o Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and problem-solving abilities.
o Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Education:
o Open to graduates (freshers) or undergraduates with relevant experience.
