Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Sales Calling
-
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

Introduce and promote products or services to generate interest and encourage purchases.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches and handle objections effectively.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion
-
Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

Understand customer requirements and match them with the appropriate product or service.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls made, conversions, revenue, etc.).
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation
-
Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s products or services, including features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

Communicate product details clearly and confidently to customers over the phone.

Update customers about new launches, special promotions, or ongoing campaigns.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Handle customer queries, complaints, or concerns in a professional manner.

Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining courtesy, empathy, and service orientation during every call.
5. Recordkeeping and Reporting
-
Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM or sales database.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance, call status, and conversion ratios.

Work closely with team leaders or supervisors to improve scripts and sales techniques.
6. Collaboration and Improvement
-
Participate in team meetings, sales briefings, and training sessions to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.

Share ideas, feedback, and best practices with colleagues to improve overall team performance.

Continuously work on personal development to enhance communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
