Job Description:
We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and drive sales by engaging with potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain and promote products/services to generate sales.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM software preferred).
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Fluency in Hindi.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
