Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales by providing exceptional communication, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products/services effectively. This role requires a persuasive communicator with a customer-first attitude and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
a. Proactively reach out to potential customers through provided leads or databases.
b. Convert Lead to Sales by providing detailed Product information which will be useful to the customer
2. Sales Execution:
a. Sell products using solid pitch to convert the lead
b. Handle Outbound sales calls to meet or exceed sales targets.
c. Follow up leads to nurture relationships and convert.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
1. Experience:
a. Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a related role (2-3 years preferred).
2. Education:
a. Should be Graduate or Pursuing
3. Communication Skills:
a. Excellent verbal and written communication.
b. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and persuasively over the phone.
4. Sales & Negotiation Skills:
a. Strong ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
b. Persuasive and target-driven with the ability to thrive under pressure.
5. Personal Attributes:
a. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and an energetic team player.
b. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
· Number of calls made daily/weekly/monthly.
· Conversion rate of leads to successful sales.
· Revenue generated daily/weekly/monthly
