Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telecaller and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This dual-role position involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone calls to generate leads, promote our products/services, and assist with sales meetings. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, have strong communication skills, and be eager to support the sales team in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Telecalling and Lead Generation:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients and leads to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve concerns effectively.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and call activity.
Sales Meeting Support:
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings between prospective clients and the sales team.
- Provide logistical support during sales meetings (virtual or in-person) by preparing materials, setting up presentations, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Follow up with clients after meetings to ensure satisfaction, answer additional questions, and push the sales process forward.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from customer calls to help the sales team refine strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Follow up with leads and customers to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
Sales Assistance:
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance.
- Help the team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
Other Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of sales meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required by the sales department.
- Proven experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with clients over the phone.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proactive, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
