Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers based on assigned leads.

Promote and explain banking products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, mutual funds, and fixed deposits.

Generate interest in financial products and services through effective communication and persuasion.

Inbound Support (if applicable):

Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries or application status.

Provide information, solve issues, and guide customers with the banking processes.

Lead Generation and Follow-Up:

Identify customer needs and qualify leads for sales conversions.

Maintain a follow-up schedule for interested customers and update status regularly.

Coordinate with the field sales team for appointments or document collection if required.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

Address customer questions, objections, or complaints politely and accurately.

Ensure a professional and courteous customer experience at all times.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

Accurately enter customer data, call details, and responses into the system or CRM software.

Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, including outcomes of each call.

Ensure confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection policies.

Target Achievement:

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Participate in team huddles, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Handle pressure and meet targets within timelines.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated with the bank’s latest products, offers, and services.
-
Attend regular training sessions to improve communication and product knowledge.

Understand RBI and banking compliance norms while speaking to customers.
