Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound and Inbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to customers for various purposes such as product promotion, surveys, follow-ups, or lead generation.

Answer inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to products, services, or accounts.

Lead Generation and Sales:

Identify potential leads and convert them into customers through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.

Promote and sell products or services, offering solutions that meet the needs of customers.

Track and report on lead conversion rates, sales performance, and target achievement.

Customer Support:

Provide information and assistance to customers, ensuring their queries are answered accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and help resolve complaints or concerns.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service in each interaction.

Follow-up with Clients:

Make follow-up calls to existing customers or potential leads to ensure satisfaction, offer additional services, or encourage repeat business.

Address any concerns that may arise post-sale or after a service interaction.

Database Management:

Update and maintain customer records in CRM or database systems accurately and regularly.

Ensure that customer interactions, including issues, solutions, and feedback, are properly documented.

Track and report on customer interactions, calls, and sales progress.

Product Knowledge:

Gain and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products or services to accurately convey information to customers.

Stay updated on new offerings, promotions, or changes in the product lineup to provide accurate recommendations.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet individual and team sales or lead-generation targets set by the company.

Focus on increasing conversion rates and driving sales through effective communication and negotiation.

Customer Relationship Management:
