Job Description
We are seeking an open-minded, motivated, results-driven, and charismatic Telecaller for Admissions to join our dynamic team at The Upthrust, Indore. The successful female candidate will play a crucial role in our admissions process by handling inbound and outbound calls, managing follow-ups, and providing exceptional solutions to every query. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Travel within Indore and nearby cities will be required to visit schools, colleges, and other institutions as needed.
Make outbound calls to potential students who have expressed interest in the institute’s training programs.
Explain course details, benefits, and job guarantee programs.
Contribute to achieving overall student enrollment goals
Follow up via phone, email, and text to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrolled students.
Handle inbound calls from prospective students and address their queries promptly.
Collaborate with team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
Candidate must be efficient in Basic Word, and Excel with good speaking & writing ability in English, must be computer literate with knowledge in Internet Surfing & Social Media Platforms.
Active listening and attention to detail abilities.
Flexibility to adapt to changing scripts and strategies.
Effective time management skills.
Spontaneous thinking abilities to resolve students queries.
Ability to work independently and take the initiative when necessary.
Capable of representing the company professionally.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 9-hour day shift (Mon-Fri)
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
