CURRENT REQUIREMENTS:-Required-70 Telecaller OUTBOUND TELE CALLING FOR Bank PROCESS

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Customer Interaction
-
Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking products like loans, credit cards, savings accounts, and other financial services.
-
Explain banking services, offers, and benefits clearly to customers.
-
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable banking solutions.
2. Sales & Lead Generation
-
Generate leads and convert them into sales by persuading potential customers.
-
Maintain a strong follow-up with interested customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
3. Customer Support & Relationship Building
-
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
-
Maintain a professional and friendly tone during calls to enhance customer experience.
-
Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
4. Record-Keeping & Reporting
-
Maintain call logs and update customer details in CRM software or banking systems.
-
Report daily call outcomes, leads, and conversions to the team leader.
-
Ensure all interactions follow banking regulations and compliance policies.
