Job Description
- Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
- Assess the needs and requirements of customer
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
- Store and update the customer information in the database
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level

products range consists of Industrial Inkjet Printer, Coding and Hand Marker Machine,
Solvent Cartridge etc. All offered products are made using quality tested material and
latest machines. These products are well known among our clients due to their sturdy
design, perfect strength, lightweight, and durability. Apart from this, we are offering
these products at very reasonable rates in the market.
Our quality experts make sure to check offered printing and coding machines on
different quality parameters. Apart from this, owing to our principled trade policies and
client-centric approach, we have attained a wide base of satisfied clients.
From printing machines to coding machines, we are assembling a wide range with the
aim to suffice the requirements of our customers. Our Batch Coding Machines, Batch
Printing Machines and others are fabricated in our manufacturing unit, which is modern
and is equipped with necessary machines and equipment. This unit is a part of our
infrastructure, which is located at Dwarka mor & Ghaziabad. Here, we also have a well established quality control unit and a dedicated research & development department.
Our major role is providing after sale services which include all type of machines
repair along with if required replacement as well). We have all the accessories
available all the times to avoid any delay in services.
We have the sufficient man power which helps us to cater our various clients across
the country.
