Job Overview
We are looking for a Telecaller to make outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, promote products/services, and handle inquiries professionally. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
>Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
>Answer questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
>Update customer information in the database.
>Take and process order in an accurate manner.
>Keep records of calls, sales & note useful information.
>Patience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
>Ability to learn about the products and services
>Cool- tempered & able to handle rejection.
>Outstanding negotiable skills with the ability to resolve issues.
>Provide information about our Ayurvedic products and services
>Guide customers towards suitable products for their well-being
>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for future reference
>Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
>Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
>Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
