Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound/Outbound Calls

Make outbound calls to potential clients, leads, or existing customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or product inquiries.

Ensure that all calls are answered promptly, professionally, and courteously.
2. Lead Generation and Sales

Qualify and generate new leads through cold calling or follow-up calls.

Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.

Convert leads into sales by explaining product features, benefits, and offers effectively.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
3. Customer Queries and Complaint Handling

Address customer queries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve complaints, issues, or misunderstandings with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Provide accurate and complete information regarding products, services, prices, and offers.
4. Record Keeping and Reporting
-
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including calls, inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Enter and update customer information into the CRM system.

Provide regular reports on call statistics, sales performance, and customer feedback to the team leader or manager.
5. Product Knowledge and Updates

Continuously stay updated on product offerings, services, and market trends.

Educate customers about new services or products and keep them informed about promotions and discounts.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
6. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers and maintain long-term relationships.

Follow up on previous calls and ensure customer satisfaction after sales.

Offer additional products or services as upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs.
