Salary Range: 10000-25000 Per Month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with potential clients effectively. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate leads, promote our products/services, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Address customer queries and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly calling targets and sales goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Communicative English should be moderate to high.
Fluent speaking Hindi and Bengali.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
