Outbound Calling:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and properties.
Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns and events.
Client Interaction:
Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential clients.
Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features.
Address client questions and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Lead Generation and Qualification:
Identify and qualify potential clients who are interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and consultations with the sales team.
Database Management:
Maintain an updated and organized client database.
Record all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
Market Research:
Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Provide clients with relevant market insights and information.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and targets.
