Job Description
Job Summary
The Telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products and services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle customer objections effectively. This role is key to building customer relationships and supporting the sales team by setting appointments and qualifying leads.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer engagement techniques.
