Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Athista Fincorp in Chennai. The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls to customers, answering queries, providing information, and achieving excellent customer experience. The role involves contacting customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or services.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in a voice process role
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Job time: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
  • Attractive salary and good incentives.
Part-time also available (5 Hours)
