Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, and engaging with potential and existing customers to provide information about our products and services, resolve inquiries, qualifying the leads and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up with existing clients.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering key information during calls to assess the potential of converting them into customers.
- Make Outbound Calls: Initiate 100 calls daily to customers or prospects to promote products/services, resolve inquiries, or provide information.
- Present, promote products or services to customers over the phone.
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide them with relevant product/service information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport quickly.
- Language proficiency: English & Hindi

Work Hours: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore
No. of Openings: 1
Days: Monday - Saturday (except second Saturday)
