Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make daily outbound calls to customers using the provided contact list or leads database.

Promote products, services, or campaigns as per company objectives.

Use a predefined script where required but personalize conversations to engage customers effectively.
2. Lead Generation and Sales Support

Identify potential leads and generate interest in the product or service.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, or previous interactions.

Convert interested inquiries into qualified leads or appointments for the sales team.
3. Customer Interaction and Follow-up

Build rapport with customers and ensure a positive customer experience during each call.

Respond to queries about products, pricing, or availability, and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients through calls, messages, or emails.
4. Data Management and Documentation

Record all call details accurately, including call outcomes, customer feedback, and status updates.

Update CRM or call management systems with current information after every interaction.

Maintain and manage records of daily calls, appointments, and responses.
5. Achieving Targets

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to call volume, leads generated, and conversions.

Handle call rejections and objections professionally while striving to meet performance goals.

Maintain high call productivity and ensure minimal idle time.
6. Team Coordination and Feedback

Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to share insights and leads.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.

Provide suggestions to improve scripts, pitch strategies, or call-handling techniques.
