JOB DESCRIPTION
Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment
Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment
Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time
To take Customer regress follow-up to recover dues
Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues
Update account status and database regularly
To achieve targets that have been assigned
Desired candidate profile
Fresher& Experienced both are eligible, Candidates with experience in collections or
mortgage services will have an advantage (DRA preferred)
Unlimited Incentive Plan with transparent KRA's
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure
Candidates with fluency in English & Regional language (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada)
Basic MS-Excel knowledge.
Fixed day shifts
Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 + Incentives
