COLLECTION ASSOCIATE/ DRA EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Calling the customers to remind their due date of the instalment

 Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment

 Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time

 To take Customer regress follow-up to recover dues

 Create trust relationships with debtors when possible to avoid future issues

 Update account status and database regularly

 To achieve targets that have been assigned Desired candidate profile

 Fresher& Experienced both are eligible, Candidates with experience in collections or mortgage services will have an advantage (DRA preferred)

 Unlimited Incentive Plan with transparent KRA's

 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

 Possess initiative and ability to work under pressure

 Candidates with fluency in English & Regional language (Tamil, Telugu & Kannada)

 Basic MS-Excel knowledge.

 Fixed day shifts

 Salary: 12,000 to 15,000 + Incentives
