Job Description
1. Make outbound calls to customers/prospects.
2. Promote products/services, offers, and schemes.
3. Generate leads, conversions, and sales.
4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns.
5. Update records, databases, and CRM systems.
6. Meet daily/weekly call targets and conversion rates.
7. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, leads, or existing clients based on the company's needs (e.g., sales, customer service, collections).

Inform customers about products, services, or special promotions offered by the company.

Verify customer information and update records in the company’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
2. Product/Service Promotion:

Promote the company’s products or services in a professional and engaging manner.

Identify customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly.

Answer any questions about the features, pricing, or benefits of the product/service.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone.

Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.

Offer after-sales support and provide ongoing assistance to customers.
4. Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify sales opportunities and generate leads for the sales team.

For sales-focused roles, follow up with leads, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
5. Handling Objections:

Address and overcome objections by using effective negotiation and persuasion skills.

Clarify doubts and respond to customer concerns to ensure successful engagement.
6. Record Keeping & Reporting:

Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately, including call outcomes, follow-up actions, and important notes.

Provide feedback to supervisors regarding customer interactions, common queries, and potential process improvements.

Report on key metrics like call volume, conversion rates, or sales made, if applicable.
7. Follow-up and Scheduling:

Follow up with leads or customers who require additional information or have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase or decision.

Schedule appointments or demos with potential clients for sales teams, if necessary.
8. Customer Feedback:

Collect feedback from customers to understand their experiences, improve customer service, and identify areas for improvement in the products or services offered.

Report feedback to the management team for continuous improvement.
9. Adherence to Guidelines:

Ensure that all calls comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding telemarketing, data protection, and customer interaction.
