Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls and handling inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and maintain accurate call records. Strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Make and receive calls to/from customers.
Provide information about products/services.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions.
Basic computer knowledge.
Previous experience in telecalling/customer service is a plus.
